All Arc products come with a standard 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express shipping options at checkout which can deliver your tech in as little as 24-48 hours.
What is your return policy for opened devices?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the device has been opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included to be eligible for a full refund.
