Return Process

  Log into your Arc account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Arc

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
